Coach J, Certified Personal Trainer, offers a variety of training options including one-on-one personal training, couples training and group training focused on strength, conditioning, performance, accountability, and overall wellness. With accreditation from the American Council on Exercise, Coach J is also certified in Fitness Nutrition, Weight Loss Management, SPIN Instruction, First Aid/CPR & AED.
